Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices (Cisco routers, switches, firewalls) and network services (routing, switching, VPN) for LAN & WAN.
• Manage and optimize Wi-Fi networks for multi-storied buildings, ensuring strong security and connectivity.
• Monitor network performance, firewall, and system availability, implementing failsafe systems for internet and power outages.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows & Linux servers, desktops, and laptops, including software, antivirus, and security patches.
• Provide technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues (onsite & remote).
• Maintain and manage CCTV, attendance systems, printers, intercoms, and IT assets.
• Ensure network security compliance, implement recovery plans, and safeguard company data.
• Document IT processes, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors for infrastructure improvements.

Develop and manage the IT budget while evaluating new technologies for efficiency.
